I think he'll be close. If he were 10-15 lbs heavier I think he'd make it. His skill set is just crazy high and his style of play translates well provided he can handle the physicality of the NHL.

Good to have you back Colin. Looks like they are going to give Sven a chance to excel on a line with Colborne and Raymond. Hopefully he plays well because all reports out of Edmonton were that he didn't have a good game (although this hasn't really been confirmed by anyone reputable).

So did Poirier heal really fast or something? For some reason I thought he was supposed to be out for the first chunk of the regular season, but they have him listed as day to day and he is skating
